IMMUNITY: Reishi + Chaga

⬖ Reishi, known as Lingzhi or the “Mushroom of Immortality”, is used to support the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep and lessen fatigue. It contains a high level of active beta-(1>3)-glucans and triterpenoids.

⬖ Chaga, known as the “king of mushrooms”, is traditionally used for immunity issues and stomach illnesses. It is unique in its high content of inotodiol, trametenolic acid and betulinic acid, which it draws from the birch trees on which it lives. It is wild harvested for the highest quality.

FOCUS & ENERGY: Lion’s Mane + Cordyceps

⬖ Cordyceps are used to increase energy and endurance. It may also improve respiratory and sexual functioning. It contains cordycepin.

⬖ Lion’s Mane is an immunomodulator supporting your immune system. It is also used for gastritis and gut issues. Research suggests that Lion’s Mane may have some effect on nerve growth and can be used for cognitive support.

High quality extracts

Extraction methods are needed to make the favorable compounds bioavailable to your body. A triple extraction is made by our mush partner Foodsporen: utrasonic sound frequency, alcohol and water. These are concentrated extracts, 8 to 12 times stronger than standard mushroom powders. They are exceptionally high in their beta-glucan polysaccharides content.

How to dose:

The advised daily dose is 0,5~1gr. We recommend to see what dose is good for you personally. We all have different bodies, sensitivities and goals.

One teaspoon is ±1gr. You can use a precision scale to know exactly. A little more or less is both safe. Note that one gram of this extract contains 8-12 gram of dried mushroom, which in turn equals about 10x fresh mushrooms. This gives a good idea how concentrated it is.

How to use:

This extract powder dissolves easily in your drink. Add it to your cacao, coffee, tea, smoothie or even in hot water as a tea. You can also add it to your food, in energy balls, and all your imagination.

A food supplement is not a replacement for food. Please eat healthy, sleep and exercise! Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding as there is lack of research on possible negative effects. Better to avoid in combination with carbonated drinks and pharmaceutical medicine. When in doubt check with your general practitioner or doctor.

Store dry! After opening it will stay good for ±6 months.
