A warm gift of homecoming

This is a new experience for me and I am so grateful I gifted it to myself. Drinking the cacao feels truly like a warm embrace. I am very sensitive so I use less than a ceremonial dose which for me feels like a ceremony and every time I have a different experience but it brings me closer to myself, my heart. I love it!

Hele fijne kakaw

Ik heb de cacao van Nicaragua en Peru discovery pack gekocht voor thuis gebruik. Peru is mijn fave, die vond ik net iets lekkerder. Ik meng het met haver drink en een scheut vanille drink (oatly) en dan met kaneel erbij. Heerlijk! The frother maakt het inderdaad af. Het effect van beide is zo fijn. Ik voel me meer connected met mezelf. Ik ben super blij dat het zoveel health benefits heeft. Het helpt mij ook om meer te focussen en bijvoorbeeld het huishouden zo efficiënt mogelijk te doen, haha. Meer mental clearity geeft het me. Het voelt als een klein intiem ritueel wanneer ik het drink, bewust en in het hier en nu. Super fijn, ik ga nu de Guatamala flakes bestellen! :)))
