Traditioneel werden cacaodranken bereid met een laagje schuim. Dit geeft een zeer aangenaam mondgevoel, opent de aroma's en ziet er prachtig uit om perfect te serveren.

Deze kleine opschuimer heeft een krachtige motor om je cacaodrank gemakkelijk te mixen en op te schuimen. Je kunt ook gemakkelijk melk opschuimen voor een cacaolatte, golden milk of cappuccino onderweg. We gebruiken hem zelf in onze keuken omdat hij zo makkelijk te gebruiken, op te laden en schoon te maken is. Of we nemen hem mee op reis, naar de camping of de natuur in.

Amazing cacao as always :) a hit of energy and love feelings when I first open the bag and smell the full and bursting aroma!
I love the cusco cacao, even though it’s a bit acidic and different then usual cacao- it feels like it’s energy is the most ‘high vibrational’ and energizing of the three cacao’s. I like it most with just hot water and a little bit of honey and cayenne. And my personal favorite, Matapalga, the lush and full floral aroma that’s inbetween a ‘deeper’ and ‘brighter/fruitier’ (like cusco) cacao taste. Always good and lovely with or without milk & with some warming spices like cinnamon.

I also bought the cacao frother, I like how compact it is, however it is a very strong vibration for your hand when you hold it- not the most pleasant feeling and not what I expected. But honestly, for the super affordable price, I can’t complain and still am happy to use it!

The frother is indeed a powerful one and has a good motor, sometimes it can be that if you disconnect (pull out) the metal head from the body and reattach it 180degrees, it can be better in balance. Then it can spin better and is lighter on your hand.

De Matagalpa is mijn favoriet

Vanaf het moment dat ik de 3 kleinere zakjes heb besteld is de Matagalpa mijn favoriet. Normaliter meng ik deze met kurkuma, chili en kardemom. Voor de extra bite. En wat agave siroop voor de zoetekauwen onder ons.
Ook de kakaw harten zijn heel fijn, vooral in ceremonies.

Werkt perfect

De laatste tijd was ik mijn ochtend cacao aan het maken met een blender, maar vond dat toch te omslachtig. Bij mijn laatste bestelling heb ik de frother erbij gekocht en wat n fijn handzaam en goed werkend apparaatje! Ik heb zojuist een heel fijne ochtend cacao voor mezelf gemaakt en alle smaken hebben zo goed geblend. Ik hou ervan wat kaneel, kardemom en vanille toe te voegen. Subtiel en zo mooi de specerijen toch zo goed te proeven.
Heel blij mee!

Perfect foam for a perfect drink!

I've been using my frother for a whole year know, almost daily and I just can't do without it!
It's so easy to use, and the foam you get makes all the difference when enjoying a drink. The look, the mouthfeel, even the taste is kind of different. I always carry it with my cacao and couldn't think of not using it. I also enjoy it when I make other hot drinks. I guess I'm now addicted to foamy drinks :)
