We really hope you enjoy our cacao. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us and we can refund you.

Return Conditions

  • Return window: You have 14 days after delivery date to notify us and return the product.
  • Product condition: Products must be unopened, sealed, undamaged and not melted (please be careful during warm periods).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us so we know to expect the return. The easiest is to reply to your order confirmation, or send us a message with your order info.
  2. You do not need to explain why you want to return it, but we are happy to understand and get feedback.
  3. Pack the return products well and ship them within 14 days after the original delivery date.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and responsibility. We recommend to use a trackable shipping method and packaging the products well to prevent damage during shipping.

Refund Process

After receiving your return, we will inspect the returned products and refund you the amount through the used payment method. There is no restocking fee or other costs. The refund can take up to 7 days to reach your account, depending on the payment method, but generally goes much quicker.
