The ceylon cinnamon that we use in this mix has a different aroma than regular cinnamon. It works very well in a cacao drink.

The Ceylon Spice mix is made with:

+ Cardamom
+ Cayenne

Ceylon is the most valued Cinnamon and is delicious with cacao. It has a sweet and soft taste. We source it from the neighbours of the cacao farm in Guatemala.

Cardamom is called "The Queen Of Spices" for its unique taste and aroma. It is an important spice in Ayurveda. This cardamom grows together with the cacao in Guatemala.

Cayenne pepper combines fantastic with cacao. It also supports digestion and boosts metabolism next to some other medicinal properties.
