Nature can be a source of inspiration and insight. During this 1-day retreat we take a slow, silent walk through a young forest with cacao and a mild dose of psilocybine truffles.
Truffles have been used for thousands of years by people for personal and spiritual development. They help us open to the wisdom and beauty of our nature. Cacao supports your body and spirit with loving energy. It's like a warm embrace from nature. Cacao and truffles work as a powerful combination - where truffles open the mind and cacao opens the heart.
During this walk you can gain insight on a deep level about themes in your inner world and daily life. The truffles help us to experience a deep connection with ourselves and the world around us, and live from a place of who we truly are.
About the facilitators
Merel and Leonie guide this retreat with breathwork, live music and supportive practices. They each have worked with psilocybine for more than 10 years, and guide full-dose truffle ceremonies on a regular basis.

Dose
The dose of the truffles in this Vision Walk is mild. With a mild dose the experience can still be deep and profound. The exact dose for you will be decided together with you on the day itself. After this day you can function normally and get home safe. We do ask to arrange to be picked up (or come with public transport or bike) and not drive a car yourself after a truffle experience.
